Polyethylene (PE)

Features: PE material has excellent flexibility and tensile strength, as well as good waterproof and moisture-proof properties. It is easy to process and heat seal, often used in food packaging, daily necessities packaging and other fields.

Polypropylene(PP)

Features: PP material has high heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, as well as good mechanical properties and transparency. It is often used in high-temperature food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and other fields.

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)

Features: PET material has high strength, wear resistance, and good gas barrier properties. It is often used in carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil bottles and other fields.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Features: PVC material has good transparency and tensile strength, as well as good chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is often used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and other fields.

Nylon (PA)

Features: PA material has high strength, wear resistance, and good oil and fat resistance. It is often used in vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging and other fields.

Aluminum foil (Al)

Features: Al material has extremely high gas barrier and light blocking properties, as well as good heat sealing performance. It is often used in high-end food packaging, drug packaging and other fields. These single-layer materials have their own characteristics, and can be selected according to different packaging needs and application scenarios.

BOPP/CPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene/Coated Cast Polypropylene)

Features: Combines the high strength and excellent moisture resistance of BOPP with the good heat sealing and transparency of CPP. This composite material is often used in food packaging, especially for products requiring good sealing and transparency.

PE/PET (Polyethylene/Polyester)

Features: PET provides high strength and good transparency, while PE offers good heat sealing and flexibility. This composite material is suitable for packaging that requires high strength and good sealing, such as liquid food packaging.

Al/PE (Aluminum Foil/Polyethylene)

Features: Aluminum foil provides excellent barrier properties, effectively blocking oxygen, moisture, and light, while PE offers good heat sealing and flexibility. This composite material is commonly used in packaging that requires high barrier properties, such as pharmaceutical packaging and vacuum packaging.

Paper/PE (Paper/Polyethylene)

Features: Paper provides good printing performance and texture, while PE offers good heat sealing and water resistance. This composite material is often used in shopping bags, gift wrapping, and other areas.

Three-layer composite material

MOPP/VMPET/LLDPE

Features: MOPP is mainly used for moisture-proof and durable layers, VMPET is used for barrier layers, and LLDPE is widely used in various application scenarios due to its high toughness and low temperature impact resistance. The different characteristics and properties of these materials enable them to be made into different composite packaging materials according to the needs of different products, providing more comprehensive and professional packaging solutions.

PET/AL/LLDPE

Features: The high transparency and mechanical strength of PET, the shielding properties of AL, and the high toughness and low-temperature impact resistance of LLDPE make the composite material perform excellently in multiple aspects. The aluminum foil layer provides excellent barrier performance, effectively blocking gases, moisture, and light, extending the shelf life of products.

Kraft/VMPET/LLDPE

Features: This composite material has the advantages of moisture resistance, oxygen barrier, light shielding, heat resistance, and good mechanical strength.
